Delete your RoadLink account

You can delete a RoadLink customer or partner account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, phone number, KYC images, and saved addresses. Trip records needed for tax or dispute handling are anonymized.

In the app (fastest)

Customer app: Account → Account settings → Delete account
Partner app: Account → Delete account

Finish or cancel any active trip first. Wallet balances and unpaid RoadLink fees are settled or forfeited as described in the app confirmation.

By email

Email help@roadlink.app from the number on your account. Include:

Registered mobile number
Whether you use the customer app, partner app, or both
The words “Please delete my RoadLink account”

We complete email deletion requests within 7 days after we verify the number. We may ask one OTP-style confirmation so nobody else can delete your account.
