RoadLink connects customers with independent driver partners for city goods transport. Fares shown before booking are estimates and may change with waiting time, labour, or route changes.
You must provide accurate phone/contact details. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account in the app when no trips are active, or follow web deletion instructions.
Customer trip fares are cash at drop. Online UPI/card via Razorpay is only for RoadLink Partner wallet top-up (platform fees). Failed or cancelled online top-ups are not credited.
Driver partners are independent operators. Declare fragile or high-value goods and pack properly. RoadLink is a marketplace platform and is not liable for partner acts beyond applicable law and our facilitation role.
Do not misuse the app, harass partners, or attempt to circumvent payments or safety checks.
